Chris Williams discusses raid on medical marijuana grow operation

Montana Cannabis co-owner Chris Williams talks to reporters as federal agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms raided two large greenhouses. Authorities removed hundreds of medical marijuana plants. A man was arrested on an unrelated outstanding warrant. Officials declined to comment on the raid.

When the raids were legislators in the Senate Judiciary Committee voted 6.6 on a bill, the Montana Medical Marijuana Act repealed. The vote stalled the measure, although the Republicans in the Senate said that they try to blow up the measure on the Senate floor.
